• Outreach campaign management
• CRM integration and lead reporting

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be a business entity or representative acting on behalf of a business
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information

• Services are provided on a subscription or pay-per-lead basis, as specified in the applicable agreement.
• Payment is due as per the agreed terms.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree to:

• Use the provided leads in compliance with all applicable laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Not resell or distribute the leads without our consent.
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality when required.

You acknowledge that all lead generation activities must comply with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your outreach activities follow applicable legal requirements.

• We process lead data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any data shared with you is confidential and should not be shared with third parties without prior authorization.

We may suspend or terminate Services if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to make timely payments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated leads
• Business disruptions or loss of revenue
• Third-party data breaches

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County (Phoenix, AZ).

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
